Modern ensuite bathrooms, Lovely views from select rooms, Close proximity to beach
Parking can be a serious hassle!!! The noise from nearby traffic was quite bothersome!!! Many rooms are oddly small, making a long stay feel cramped!!! Some bathrooms were so tight, you could barely turn around!!!

Superb hosts and delicious breakfasts!
We just spent 3 nights in a lovely double room with beautiful views. Nick and Caroline were amazing hosts, providing us with helpful tips about the area. The breakfasts were a highlight, made from high-quality local produce, especially the sausages! One small area for improvement would be to address some housekeeping details in the room that could enhance the overall experience.

The location near the seafront was perfect—just a quick stroll across the road and I was on the beach. The room was immaculate with beautiful decor and a cozy sitting area. One little treat was the excellent selection of breakfast options. I indulged in a Full English. The sausages were particularly delicious and flavorful. Nick and Caroline were wonderfully attentive hosts, always offering helpful tips about local attractions. some minor morning noise from the street was noticeable. the experience was quite enjoyable, though a little more soundproofing would enhance comfort.

Couple's delightful escape
Hosts were incredibly attentive without being intrusive. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast with fresh coffee served in a cafetiere and had the local sausages which were memorable.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.
